Office Assistant (Contract Base)
You will be responsible for receptionist function, routine administration especially in GA work and other assigned activities within company project and correspondence standard format with the objective to support HR & Admin Department on high priority business issues.
REQUIREMENTS LOWONGAN KERJA JANUARI 2010 :
– Diploma 3 Secretary/ Administration/ Communication
– Has a working experience at least 1-2 years as Secretary/ GA Administration/ Receptionist.
– Has experience to handling Insurance, Company Vehicle, Expenses Administration.
– Willingness to be a contract base employment.
– Able to work with MS Office, particularly expertise in Excel & Word.
– Good proficiency in English Language, verbal & written communication.
– Mature and able to work independently.
– Good communication and multi tasking
